Terms & Condition

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of products by Armordillo USA (“Armordillo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.


1. Payment Terms

  • All orders are processed as credit card transactions unless:
    • Payment is submitted with the order, or
    • Prior written approval for an open credit account has been granted.
  • Returned checks due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) will incur a $35 processing fee (net-term accounts only).

2. Credit Policy

  • A completed and signed credit application must be on file for all open credit accounts.
  • Accounts exceeding agreed net terms will be placed on hold.
  • Suspended accounts will not ship until outstanding balances are paid in full.
  • In the event of default, the customer agrees to pay:
    • Finance charges
    • Reasonable attorney’s fees
    • Court costs
    • Collection agency fees
    • Any additional collection-related expenses

3. Pricing

  • All published prices supersede previous price lists.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are invoiced at pricing in effect at time of shipment.

4. Ordering

Orders may be placed:

  • By email through your assigned sales representative

Order cancellations must be requested prior to shipment. Once shipped, orders are subject to the Return Policy.


5. Backorders

  • Backordered items will ship once available.
  • Backorders are held until product becomes available unless cancellation is requested in writing prior to shipment.
  • Backorder cancellations must be submitted before shipment.

6. Shipping & Freight

  • Free standard shipping applies to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Additional charges apply for:

    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • U.S. territories
    • International destinations
  • Freight-prepaid shipments are arranged through carriers selected by Armordillo unless otherwise specified at time of order.

  • Armordillo is not responsible for international duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes.


7. Shortages & Shipping Damage

  • Customers must inspect shipments at time of delivery.
  • Damage or shortages must be:
    • Reported to the carrier immediately
    • Noted on the bill of lading
    • Reported to Armordillo within 48 hours of delivery

Claims not reported within 48 hours will not be honored.

  • Do not deduct shortages from invoices.
  • Claims processing may take up to 21 days.

8. Returns

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return Requirements:

  • RMA must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
  • Product must be:
    • New
    • Unused
    • Uninstalled
    • In original packaging
  • RMA number must be clearly displayed on shipment.
  • RMA is valid for 30 days from issuance.
  • Returns must be freight prepaid by customer.
  • 20% restocking fee applies.
  • Returns are issued as account credit only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Accounts must be current to process returns.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Non-Armordillo products returned will not be credited and may be discarded.


9. Warranty Policy

General Limited Warranty (1 Year)

Armordillo USA warrants products to the original purchaser for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Road hazards
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Racing or competition use
  • Alterations or modifications
  • Vehicle accidents
  • Submersion
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Corrosion due to neglect

Installation labor, removal costs, and shipping are not covered.

Warranty applies only to original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required.


Stainless Steel Warranty (1 Year)

  • Covers defects in material and workmanship only.
  • Does not cover:
    • Shipping damage
    • Surface discoloration
    • Chemical exposure
    • Salt corrosion due to lack of maintenance

Products exposed to road salt must be properly cleaned and maintained. Failure to maintain may void warranty.


Black Powder Coat Warranty (1 Year)

  • Covers defects in coating material and workmanship.
  • Does not cover:
    • Environmental damage
    • Installation damage
    • Road debris
    • Improper care

Inspection is required before warranty approval.


Light Bars & Lighting Accessories

Armordillo USA does not provide warranty coverage for light bars or lighting accessories included with products. Lighting components are excluded from standard warranty coverage.


Defective Items

  • Defective claims must be submitted within 30 days for prepaid return label eligibility.
  • After 30 days, customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • All defective returns require an RMA.
  • Non-defective returns claimed as defective will be returned at customer’s expense.

10. Credits

  • Credits are issued within 45 days after inspection and approval.
  • Credits will not be issued until product inspection is completed.
  • Credits are issued at the lowest billed net acquisition price within the prior 12 months.
  • No refunds — credit only.
  • Credits may not be deducted from open invoices unless officially issued.

11. Limitation of Liability

Armordillo USA shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of time
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse

Armordillo reserves the right to modify product designs without obligation to update previously sold products.
