Return & Refunds

At Armordillo USA, we are committed to providing quality products and accurate order fulfillment. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and we are here to help.

In many cases, there may be a solution that does not require returning the product. Before initiating any return request, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team. Our team may be able to provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, or alternative solutions.

All returns are subject to review and approval by Armordillo USA.


1. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

  • All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Armordillo USA.
  • Returns without an approved RMA will be refused.
  • The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return shipment.
  • RMAs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Returned items must be received within 30 days of RMA approval.

Armordillo USA reserves the right to approve, deny, or classify any return request at its sole discretion.


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 14 days may be denied.
  • Non-defective items are not eligible for return after the 14-day request period.

3. Return Classification

Armordillo USA reserves the sole right to determine the classification of any return request, including whether the return qualifies as:

  • Company Error (Type 1 Return), or
  • Customer-Initiated Return (Type 2 Return)

Return classification is determined after review of the claim, supporting documentation, and inspection (if applicable).


4. Type 1: Returns Due to Company Error

(No Restocking Fee)

This category applies when the issue is determined to be the result of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Missing parts
  • Incorrect color
  • Incorrect configuration (e.g., two same-side items)
  • Verified shipping errors

Requirements

  • Issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • An approved RMA is required.

Shipping

  • Armordillo USA will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • No restocking fee will apply.

Inspection & Resolution

  • Once received by our RMA department, inspection requires 3–5 business days.
  • After inspection approval, the customer may choose:

Refund:
Refund issued to the original method of payment.

Replacement:
Replacement product shipped at no additional cost.

Claims reported after 14 days may require return shipping at the customer’s expense.


5. Type 2: Customer-Initiated Returns

(Product Not Defective)

This category applies when:

  • The product is not defective
  • The incorrect item was ordered
  • The product is no longer wanted
  • The return is not due to company error

Conditions

  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product must be:
    • New
    • Unused
    • Uninstalled
    • In original packaging
    • In resalable condition

Items that have been installed (fully or partially) are non-returnable.

Fees & Shipping Responsibility

  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • Customer is responsible for:
    • Shipping the item back to Armordillo USA
    • All return shipping costs
    • Shipping costs for any exchanged or replacement item

Armordillo USA does not provide prepaid return labels for customer-initiated returns.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Return Shipping Requirements

  • All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid unless otherwise stated.
  • Armordillo USA does not accept collect or COD shipments.
  • Products must be packaged properly to prevent damage in transit.

Damage caused by insufficient packaging may result in:

  • Re-boxing fees
  • Reduction or denial of credit

7. Return Discrepancies

  • Items not listed on the approved RMA will not be credited.
  • Products determined not to be Armordillo USA merchandise will not be credited or returned and may be discarded.
  • Overages not listed on the RMA will not be credited.

8. Processing & Final Determination

  • Inspection requires approximately 3–5 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds or credits (if applicable) are issued only after inspection approval.
  • Restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted from refund or credit.
  • Failure to follow return procedures may result in refusal of shipment or denial of credit.
