Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
• Products marked “PREORDER” will ship according to the estimated availability date listed on the product page.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Coverage

• We offer free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to:
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • International destinations

Shipping rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

Freight Carrier Selection

• All freight-prepaid shipments will be arranged through a carrier selected by Armordillo USA.
• If a specific freight carrier is required, it must be requested at the time the order is placed.
• Carrier changes after shipment may not be accommodated.

International Orders

For shipments outside the United States:

• Armordillo USA is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
• All international fees are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party.
