Shipping & Delivery Policy

Armordillo USA is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Products marked as “PREORDER” will ship according to the estimated availability date listed on the product page.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Coverage

Armordillo USA offers free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

At this time, our standard free shipping policy applies to the continental United States only.

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipping to:

• Hawaii
• U.S. territories
  

Shipping rates for these locations may be calculated at checkout or quoted separately, depending on the product size, weight, and shipping method required.

Hawaii Shipping

Armordillo USA now offers shipping options to Hawaii. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to all Hawaii orders.

Our team will provide instructions, prepare a custom invoice, and gather the required shipping information from you.

Hawaii shipments are typically handled through a third-party Hawaii freight forwarding company. Once your order has been paid, invoiced, and processed, the item will be shipped to the freight forwarding company.

In most cases, it may take approximately 2 weeks for the shipment to arrive at the freight forwarding company’s warehouse in Hawaii.

Once your item is ready for pickup, the Hawaii freight forwarding company will contact you directly with pickup details.

Please note:

• Hawaii shipping is not included under the free standard shipping policy.
• Additional freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• A custom invoice and shipping coordination are required for Hawaii orders.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the freight forwarder, carrier schedule, weather, and product availability.
• Final pickup arrangements will be coordinated directly by the Hawaii freight forwarding company.

Freight Carrier Selection

All freight-prepaid shipments will be arranged through a carrier selected by Armordillo USA.

If a specific freight carrier is required, the request must be made at the time the order is placed.

Carrier changes after shipment has been arranged or dispatched may not be accommodated.

International Orders

For shipments outside the United States, Armordillo USA is not responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Government fees
• Other charges imposed by the destination country

All international fees, duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer or receiving party.

International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and product type.

• Freight carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• Holiday shipping volume
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
